Project Brief:
This magazine was a project for my Publication Design class. For this project, I was allowed to choose an existing magazine and redesign it in a way I liked while still following the standard norms for that type of magazine.
This Travel Magazine was a student project that allowed me to practice layout, typography, and visual hierarchy to create engaging spreads that guide the reader. I started by looking at newer magazines and taking notes on their type and layout choices. I then set up a file in InDesign and made a grid to follow throughout my design.
